The National Council on Compensation Insurance’s (NCCI) 2024 Regulatory and Legislative Trends report features intuitive and interactive dashboards on enacted legislation and loss cost/rate filing.
As of July 31, NCCI had tracked a combined 917 federal and state bills that could affect workers’ comp stakeholders. The organization also had tracked 266 proposed workers’ comp-related regulations.
