Position Summary: 

The Ohio Funeral Directors Association is looking for an expert multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The coordinator performs a wide range of administrative and front office support activities to facilitate the efficient and responsive operation of the association with opportunities in communications and committee leadership. This is an excellent position for a polite and professional individual who would like to join a fast‐paced, growing Association and be an integral member of the team.

As one of the largest funeral directors state associations in the nation, OFDA has become a conduit for
promoting the funeral profession and is a vital resource for its members.

An Association rich in tradition and staff tenure, the Ohio Funeral Directors rarely has employment
openings. The Association’s appealing Upper Arlington office is home to a staff of five, representing
membership of nearly 900 funeral homes (approximately 85% of funeral professionals in Ohio). The
Association’s location provides ample space, modern resources, convenient location, and a welcoming
