COVID-19 Update: 1,490 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 1,490 new COVID-19 cases and 33 new hospitalizations. The agency did not report any additional deaths.

The ODH also reported 2,632,336 confirmed cases, 35,005 deaths and 110,544 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,488,534 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,197,041 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine; this figure remains at 61 percent - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide.
