COVID-19 Update: 868 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 868 new COVID-19 cases and 68 new hospitalizations.

The agency did not report any additional deaths from COVID.

The ODH also reported 2,662,425 confirmed cases, 37,212 deaths and 113,070 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,604,031 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,256,268 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine; this figure represents 62.1 percent - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide. The national figure is 76.6 percent.
