Ohio BWC Reminder: Public Employer's First Installment Payment Approaching

The first payment is due on Dec. 21, 2022

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation wants to remind everyone that the first installment for Ohio’s public employer taxing districts for the 2023 policy year is coming up!

The first payment is due on Dec. 21, 2022. Employers who pay their entire estimated annual premium for the 2023 policy year by Jan. 3, 2023 will receive a 2 percent discount on their premiums.

True-up for the 2022 policy year begins Jan. 1, 2023 and is due on Feb. 15, 2023.
