PSA Executive Director and OSAP Board Director Andy Vance Earns Certified Association Executive (CAE) Credential

Fewer than 5 percent of association professionals worldwide possess the credential

The Poultry Science Association (PSA) announces that Executive Director Andy Vance, MS, MBA, earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, the highest professional designation in association management. Vance also began serving on the Ohio Society of Association Professionals (OSAP) board in January 2025.

Awarded by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the CAE credential is held by fewer than 5 percent of association professionals worldwide, signifying a commitment to excellence, leadership and best practices in nonprofit and association management.

"Earning the Certified Association Executive credential is a professional milestone in my commitment to excellence in the leadership of our Association,” said Vance. “The process deepened my understanding of the essential principles that drive successful associations, reinforcing my commitment to serving PSA and our members at the highest level.
