Several Rounds of Winter Weather to Impact Central Ohio This Week
The first system will arrive on Tuesday
After a weekend that started with a round of wintry mix moving through some parts of central Ohio, we are just over 24 hours away from our next round as we head into Tuesday.
This will be the beginning of an active week of wintry weather around the region, with at least three systems teeing up to take aim at Ohio between now and next weekend. These systems will each bring their own impact, but many look to bring a mix of rain, snow, sleet and freezing rain across the region.
Our first system will arrive on Tuesday and should come with mostly snowfall. While the exact path of this system is still a bit unclear, some snow showers are likely throughout the day with at least light accumulation south of I-70. If the system shifts north, even by a little bit, snow accumulation could increase and spread in coverage.
