Best-in-class Business Advice from Famed Female Founders

Inc's 2025 class of female finders share their insights

To put together a best-in-class list of America's top 500 female founders, Inc. rounded up a crew of the greats.

There is Dany Garcia, who helms the UFL and Seven Bucks Productions, the production company she co-founded alongside her business partner, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Pinky Cole Hayes, who turned a humble vegan eatery, Slutty Vegan, into a chain that is growing prodigiously. There also is the multi-hyphenate Katherine Power, who—when she's not advising Avaline, the wine business she launched with actress Cameron Diaz, or cosmetics-fan favorites Merit Beauty and Versed Skincare—is a partner at venture firm Greycroft.

Inc. also tapped Anu Duggal and Kay Koplovitz, who have pioneered investing in women entrepreneurs, and Cate Luzio and Tiffany Dufu, who have built communities to serve them.
