OSAP Q3 Luncheon Meeting - HR Challenges in Today's Nonprofit Landscape
How to overcome & persevere
Renaissance Columbus Downtown | 50 N. Third Street | Columbus, OH 43215
It is getting more challenging to find the "right fit" for nonprofit positions. There is much diversity in today's workforce, and many of the generations don't seem to be willing or able to "work together" for the good of the order. You have so many different perspectives, different approaches to challenge and different ways people want to "celebrate" their victories. But more can and must be done to create cohesive work cultures and environments.
