In the first three months of this year, the Trump administration cut $2.7 billion in National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding for research. Some of those grants were intended to support Alzheimer's disease research.
Last month, the Alzheimer's Association Central Ohio chapter held its "Evening of Impact" to celebrate the advancements emerging in the fight against Alzheimer’s and all other forms of dementia and to shed light on the critical need for funding.
